If you’re moving to Fort Lauderdale, an apartment locator can seem a little foreign, but I never would have been able to do all the leg work and negotiate such a great deal. I let them know my requirements (number of bedrooms, price range, etc) and they took care of everything. Just show up to the meetings they scheduled and took my pick.
